Staying at this hotel was truly a mixed experience. The rooms were bright, comfortable, and immaculately clean, with some interesting features like a jet bath and a jacuzzi. However, the service, though very friendly and helpful, seemed restricted in providing only small food and beverage items. The location, while picturesque and providing a pleasant atmosphere, was a bit far from the historic center, making everything a long walk away. Dining in the garden was relaxing, but the menu seemed limited to sandwiches. Despite these mixed feelings, the overall stay was enjoyable and worth the money.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were outstanding with very high-quality furniture and finishings, including a jacuzzi and an attached terrace. They were modern, beautifully laid out, and impeccably neat and clean. The service was perfect, with the staff accommodating our every need, though they seemed limited in providing food and beverages. The location, while a bit far from shopping streets, was instrumental in making our stay in Florence excellent. The dining experience was exceptional, offering delicious gluten-free options outdoors in the garden courtyard. Overall, a great value for money.
